 Participation in ward rounds.
 Identification of drug related problems and management in patient care through treatment
chart review and obtaining medication history.
 Detection and reporting of medication errors.
 EMR in the Nephrology department.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
 Presented poster in National Pharmacy Week celebration on topic – “How mankind is
going down with antibiotics” held at SUUCP, Dec 2015and achieved second prize.
 Participated in Synchro pharma- 2017 and presented poster entitled- “Metabolic
syndrome- A growing global issue” held at SUUCP and was awarded second prize
 Certification of Basic Life Support training by Aster Volunteers, Sep 2017.
