Here at Sarojini Naidu Vanita Pharmacy Maha Vidyalaya we have a dedicated Placements Office with a Placement Officer identifying the career and placements needs of the students.

Below are the some of the points for the benefit of Students:

1. To identify the needs of the students and counsel them about the latest trends and happenings in the Pharmaceutical Industry in terms of choosing a right career in which they can excel and perform their best.
2. To train the students in development of their overall personality that includes communication skills, soft skills and interpersonal skills.
3. To coordinate with students in preparing the right resumes that will be suitable in par with the pharmaceutical industry.
4. To coordinate and contact HR and admin staff (Via Email and Site Visit) of various Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies and to explain to them about the highlights of our college, its curriculum and the potential of the students and to persuade them to conduct on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
5. To train the students in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
6. To coordinate with expert trainers (Via Email and Personal Visit) to impart training in various aspects and topics concerned with Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Industry.
7. To coordinate and conduct regular seminars, workshops and group discussions to enhance the skill set of the students.
8. To bridge the gap between the students and the Pharmaceutical Industry and to explain to the students the industry needs and requirements.
