o STARTED CAREER AS: MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE with WINTHROP, a USA based
Pharmaceutical Company and later held various positions in WIN Medicare, a New
Delhi based pharmaceutical Company.
o In pursuance of the dream to become an entrepreneur, founded Pegasus Farmaco
India Private Ltd in the year 1995 along with likeminded NRI Healthcare Professionals
as other founder directors
 Development of the Company under his Leadership:
o Pegasus Farmaco was started as a Branded Formulations Marketing Company with few
Brands launched in two states (Andhra Pradesh, Orissa) initially.

o The Turnover of the company In 1996-97 F/Y: Under Rs. 50 Lakhs, now grown to
multi-crore
o Expanded marketing operations to 10 strategically important states by 2014, year by
year.
o Constructed a State-of-the-art manufacturing facility confirming to WHO GMP standards
at excise and tax free zone Roorkee, Uttrakhand, with separate Betalactum and Non
Betalactum divisions, in the F/y 2005-06. Procured manufacturing license for around
500 important formulations
o Signed Contract Manufacturing Agreement (Loan License and P2P) with M/s Cipla Ltd in
the year 2006. One of the major outsourcing point for Cipla Ltd. Brand such as
NOVACLOX Group, NORFLOX Group, NUTROLIN Group, PRAZOLES (PANSEC AND
PANTOSEC), DIABETIC RANGE, etc are being produced at Pegasus Farmaco’s
Facility at Roorkee, Uttrakhand, from the year 2006 to till date.
o Signed Contract Manufacturing Agreement with around 20 small and medium
pharmaceutical companies (P 2 P) in the year 2007
o Commissioned an ultramodern manufacturing unit, exclusively dedicated to ointments
at 29, IDA, Bhongir, Telangana State (industrial land of around 4450 Sq. Yards) in the
year 2010, one of the few similar units in India
o Signed contract Manufacturing agreement with BIOLOGICAL E, HYDERABAD, Himalay
Drugs for the production of Ointments at Bhongir Unit, near Hyderabad on LL and P2P
basis
o Roorkee Unit got the WHO-GMP Approval in 2014
o Signed job work contracts with Indian Pharma Giants such as Cipla Ltd, Glenmark,
Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals, Ajantha Pharmaceuticals, etc
