Mrs Uma Kasoji

Uma Kasoji is the co-founder of ‘The star in me’ and a Board member of Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. She is a management consultant-turned-entrepreneur. After a corporate career spanning 17 years, she decided to pursue her passion for entrepreneurship by co-founding ‘The star in me’. The star in me is a Learning & Development platform and helps organizations amplify the potential of Human capital.

From incubating consulting practices to spearheading transformation programs with C-suite leaders across 5 continents, and her recent foray into entrepreneurship, Uma has diverse experience. Serving on the Board of Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode – her alma mater, has added another valuable dimension to her profile.
